Smart Works has been shortlisted for the 2012 IDEA awards ✔
Jury’s comments:
“Approached from a position of minimal intervention, the Smart Works Office refurbishment delivers outstanding improvements realised on a limited budget. Select areas have been repainted and the internal wall resurfaced to provide an exhibition board for participatory work. The concrete floor was re-exposed and the existing furniture and fittings revived. An artwork made from recycled components hangs as a central focal point, visible also from the office’s exterior.”
